Booking

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Using the simulator allows you to wear casual clothing as long as you are comfortable swinging a golf club. If you bring your golf shoes, please clean them before arrival (dirt, mud, etc).

We are currently offer packaged snacks, soft drinks, candy and water available for purchase. You can bring in any food and non-alcoholic drinks for consumption on site. For example, groups will bring in a pizza or even use delivery apps directly to our facility. 

Alcohol is available for purchase in our newly opened 21+ bays. You are not required to purchase a drink/no drink minimum, but your entire party must be 21 years of age.

If a user cancels a booking outside of (2) hours, you will receive a bay rental credit to the value of the canceled booking. You can then rebook with your credit at any new available time. Balance does not expire.

If you cancel within this period, you will not receive a refund. Please contact us directly via phone or email and we can help work you into a new time and reschedule if any last minute cancellations come up. We can help assist booking a new time or adding credit for the future if necessary. 

Yes, every bay can accommodate up to 6 people. For larger groups, please see our Private events page and plan your next party with us!

Any bay rentals paid for via membership, balance top ups, and gift cards are still allowed 6 people per bay as long as the account owner is present for the booking.

Yes, we do. We have 4 first come, first serve spots that are connected to our facility. The lot can be entered on El Camino Real Blvd. through the alley in front of our building. You will see a sign on the window with an arrow and our logo. Please only park in the left-hand side parking lot in the spots listed 1802 and Swing Central Golf Club. Additional street parking is available in front of the building and on the surrounding streets. You can check with the front desk if you have any questions about where you parked.
